The head of the Association is the Board of Directors. This administrative council is made up of seven local people: a president, a vice-president, a treasurer, a secretary, two vocals and one fiscal. Each member has its own responsibility and has a honorary title. During the general assembly of February 2005, Roland Spendingwimmer, president of the association since its foundation, was replaced by Francisca Villanueva Villanueva.
The association has many contacts that discreetly support it, for example PANI, social help offices, hospitals, the Catholic Church and various lawyers. They are able to help tremendously when it is needed.
The board meets once a month and once a year there is a general assembly where, by vote, they choose the members of the council, give the break-down of the activities of the past year, and form a plan for for-seen activities.
